All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our modification services and modded products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products or services.

Warranty on Modification Work

While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our work. All modification services and Fully Modded Pokemon Go Plus+ devices include a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

What Our Warranty Covers:

  • Defects in modification workmanship
  • Malfunctioning modifications due to installation errors
  • Parts failure related to our modification work

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or drops
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
  • The original Pokemon Go Plus+ device functionality (manufacturer defects)

Damaged or Defective Items in Shipping

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
