Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship all orders via USPS with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items (face plates, buttons, accessories): Ships within 1-5 business days
  • Pre-Modded Devices: Ships within 1-5 business days
  • Custom Modification Services: Processing time varies based on service complexity. Estimated turnaround will be provided at time of purchase.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • Domestic (US): 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (customs delays may occur)

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Once an item is shipped and tracking shows delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • Shipping times may vary based on customs processing

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
